Company Background
Business Communications Inc. was founded in 1982 by Kimberly Carter; in 1984 she incorporated and took on partners, Russ Carter, Russel Floyd Jr, Gordon Floyd and Randy Fitzgerald. Customer service and quality products have been our top goals.
After over 22 years of service to our community we have the recognition from the Better Business Bureau of our successes.
BCI has 14 employees fully trained and certified on product knowledge and abilities. In 1989 we became Bell South Authorized Sales Representatives. This relationship gives our customers a "one stop" communication number of services...
We provide the best of communication products with our IVX line from ESI, or Digital Avanti systems with Telrad Connegy Inc.. We also analyze their telephone bills and are able to then order and install the appropriate BellSouth services. We maintain after the $ale.
We offer a 5 year product warranty on parts and back up ESI products with Datacom Warranty Corporation additive for 5 years of power surge coverage on installed components.
BCI has been a successful partner with ESI for five years. In our community the ESI IVX platforms serves many types of businesses. This diversity of clients is directly related to the flexibility of the IVX, the robust feature set offered in each platform, and the ease with which the IVX system is customized and used by each of our customers.
BCI has partnered with Telrad Connegy since 1984. With their diverse line of Digital products they have lead the industry with technology. The Telrad product line supports 1000 ports which gives our customers growth potential for their ever changing needs.
Most of BCI employees have been with the company in excess of 10 years. This unusual longevity of our employees benefits our customers by providing a consistency in contact points within BCI, technicians knowledgeable on specific customers' installations, and one-on-one relationship between the principals of BCI and the customers.
